Rent the Pavilion
Planning a special event? St. Joseph's Polish Society offers everything you need to host a successful gathering.
St. Joseph's Polish Society rents its outdoor pavilion at 88 E Main St in the Forestville section of Bristol, Connecticut. Rentals run $450 for non-members and free for members (a member must be present), cover 8 hours, and include kitchen and club-bartender options. Book through the Board of Directors at (860) 583-9604.
Pavilion rental pricing
Straightforward pricing, straight from the rental agreement
Every figure below comes from the club's pavilion rental agreement. All pavilion rentals are based on 8 hrs.
Pavilion — non-members
$4508-hr rental
- All pavilion rentals are based on 8 hrs.
- After 8 hrs, extra charge of $50.00/hr.
Pavilion — members
Free8-hr rental
- Free pavilion rental for members.
- The member must be present at the function.
Booking deposit
$450due at booking
- $100.00 refunded if all property is cleaned and not damaged.
- Damage exceeding the deposit incurs extra charges.
Kitchen rental
$125per event
- Must be cleaned within 12 hrs after the event ends.
- Upon inspection, a $50.00 refund is returned to the rentee.
Club bartender
$100per bartender
- If a bartender is needed, one from the club must be used.
- If more than 125 people are expected, 2 bartenders are needed.

Four steps from phone call to party
Talk to the Board of Directors
All rentals must go through the Board of Directors. Call the club to ask about your date.
Place the deposit
A deposit of $450 is expected at the time of booking. The date is not booked until the deposit is received.
Plan the details
Add the kitchen, line up a club bartender, and submit the club's pre-event alcohol request form so the bar is stocked for your crowd.
Celebrate, then collect your refund
$100.00 of the deposit is refunded if all property is cleaned and not damaged. A cleaned kitchen earns its own $50.00 refund upon inspection.

The club stocks the bar for you
All alcohol MUST be purchased through the CLUB ONLY. (No Kegs.)
Beverage service is built into the rental. If a bartender is needed, one from the club must be used — and the club provides a pre-event alcohol request form so your selections are poured and ready on the day.
